Officials extend Stop Loss pay deadline to April 8

The deadline for eligible service members, veterans and their
beneficiaries to apply for special retroactive pay as compensation for
involuntary extensions of their military service contracts has been
extended to April 8, Defense Department officials announced March 21.

The Gartenschau Kaiserslautern will reopen its doors for its 11th season April 1.

Gartenschau Queen Victoria will welcome visitors at 10 a.m. at the
fountain near the main entrance and walk with them across the area. The
official season opening with the musical comedians of the Running
Orchestra and the Mabo Band will start at 2 p.m. April 3.
