Filing PCS vouchers just got easier with PIPS

Beginning Monday, Finance Customer Service will offer two new customer
service initiatives in an attempt to better service their customers.
There will be a change in customer service hours and the Permanent
Change of Station In-Processing System, or PIPS, will be introduced.
