Former Rheinland-Pfalz minister president recognized by 21st TSC CG

Maj. Gen. John R. O’Connor, the commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, stands with former Rheinland-Pfalz minister president Kurt Beck during the 2014 Rheinland-Pfalz-Tag military reception July 19.  O’Connor presented Beck with the Outstanding Civilian Service Medal for his support to the service members of Rheinland-Pfalz during his time as minister president.
