» Ramstein Officers’ Spouses Club is hosting “Love for the USA,” a social event, at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 10 at the Ramstein Officers’ Club. Reservations are required by Thursday. Child care is available upon request. For more details and to reserve a spot, visit www.ramsteinosc.org.

» An inaugural “mega” arts exhibition hosted by U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Youth Programs in conjunction with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America will take place Feb 10 to 12 at Armstrong’s Club on Vogelweh Housing, Bldg. 1036. The exhibition will consist of fine arts, image makers and digital arts from youth, ages 6-18 years old, in the community. Winners of the local show move on to the regional competition in Aviano, Italy. Regional winners are sent to BGCA Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, to compete in the national competition. » A wine expo sponsored by Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation and the Exchange will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. Feb. 19 and 2 to 9 p.m. Feb. 20 at Armstrong’s Club on Vogelweh, Bldg. 1036. Wines from all over the world will be available for tasting along with fine foods. A full wine shop will be set up with all of the wines that are available for sampling. Wine seminars will be held each day of the expo for those interested in learning more about the wine before making a purchase. You will also receive a commemorative wine glass to take home. Open to all ID cardholders and their guests, ages 18 and older. Cost: $34.95 per person, per day; $60 per person for a two-day pass. » A Dr. Seuss celebration will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. March 5 at Landstuhl Youth Center, Bldg. 93812. Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Army Europe Libraries, and Child, Youth and School Services join together to celebrate the birthday of Dr. Seuss, who is considered to be one of America’s greatest authors. The event will feature guest readers, games, hands-on activities, story time, a puppet show, a meet and greet with several Seussian characters and more. Members of the community are invited to bring the entire family. Registration is not required for this free event. » ’80s Glow Party: 9 p.m. To 2 a.m. Saturday. Groove down and flashback to the ’80s. The club will feature some groovy visual effects and ultraviolet lights. Don’t forget to dress the part: Wear white to glow or your favorite ’80s’ gear. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.

» Carnival at the Pub: 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Feb. 6. In honor of the Carnival in Rio, the club will transform with colorful decorations, a special performance, a live DJ playing top Latin hits and specials.
