Recycling might come as a shock to some when they first arrive in
Germany, but the Ramstein Recycling Center has many ways to help make
it a smooth transition.

To help make the recycling experience a little bit easier, one man
sifts through the garbage and helps all customers who pass through the
gates of the recycling center.

Stronger dollar drives COLA rate change

Officials Defense Travel Management Office recently announced that U.S.
servicemembers in Germany will see a 6 to 10 percent overseas cost of
living allowance drop in their January end-of-month paychecks as the
result of changes to OCOLA that took effect Jan. 16.
