Veterans Affairs Department officials are beginning the process of
recovering advance payments made available during the fall 2009
semester to veterans and servicemembers who applied for education
benefits.
Recycling might come as a shock to some when they first arrive in
Germany, but the Ramstein Recycling Center has many ways to help make
it a smooth transition.
To help make the recycling experience a little bit easier, one man
sifts through the garbage and helps all customers who pass through the
gates of the recycling center.
