The Watermelon Way

Summer can not officially kick off before you bite into your first juicy, sweet and refreshing slice of watermelon. A dry slice has the power to disappoint more than a summer blockbuster with a weak plot, and when they disappear from the produce department, your heart sinks as it recognizes that summer’s “fun” season has ended.

Rhine In Flames

All along the Rhine River, towns will be aglow, fireworks will light the sky and bathe the water in fire, flotillas of ships will be illuminated and castles will be alive with dancing colors during the annual Rhine in Flames, which takes place near the cities of Rüdesheim and Bingen Saturday.
