Cargo is loaded onto the ramp of a C-130J Super Hercules Tuesday on Ramstein. As the Ebola outbreak becomes a potential global threat, U.S. Africa Command is working in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development, the lead federal agency, as part of a comprehensive U.S. government effort to respond to and contain the outbreak in West Africa as quickly as possible. This was the first flight launched from Ramstein to Monrovia, Liberia, in support of Operation United Assistance.
