A German parachutist packs his bag after jumping from a U.S. Army CH-47 Chinook during International Jump Week July 27 on the drop zone in Bitburg, Germany. I’ve always thought the best part of my job as photojournalist in the U.S. Air Force is that I get to see so much of the big picture of the Department of Defense and how every job plays a part in putting that picture together.
