With a shattered windshield, the crushed car sat in eerie silence. The
smell of exploded air bags filled the air, leaving a stench of burned
plastic and rubber.

On approach, the outward silence was swallowed by Spanish music blaring
from the wrecked car

In a military environment, many students are frequently faced with
parents getting deployed to different, and sometimes dangerous, places
for a period of months or even a year or longer.

Thumb and pacifier sucking habits will generally only become a problem
if they go on for a very long time. Most children stop these habits on
their own, but if they are still sucking their thumbs or fingers when
the permanent teeth arrive, a mouth appliance may be recommended by your
dentist.

The U.S. military has a long history with tobacco products. Cigarettes
were issued in daily rations throughout World Wars I and II and even
into the Vietnam War. This unhealthy tradition came to a formal end in
1975, and today, we hope tobacco use will soon be just that

Twenty Team Ramstein volunteers visited stores on and off base Nov. 3 to
8 to collect current prices of commonly purchased goods and services as
part of a survey that could result in a little more money in their
pockets.

Air Force officials are soliciting nominations for the 2011 First Sergeant of the Year Award.
