A C-130 from the Air National Guard waits on the Ramstein flightline Sept. 3 just days before being loaded up with Army and Air Force paratroopers to support the Steadfast Javelin II exercise. Steadfast Javelin II is a NATO-led exercise involving more than 2,000 service members from several nations. The exercise takes place across Estonia, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland.
