For every Airman, Guardian, and military family living in government housing, your chance to be heard is here. The Department of the Air Force is launching its annual DoD Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey, and your voice is the most critical tool for shaping the future of your community.
This isn’t just another form to fill out. The annual survey is a powerful, confidential platform for you to provide honest and direct feedback on your housing experience. From the condition of your home to the responsiveness of maintenance, your opinions will become the blueprint for immediate improvements and long-term planning across the entire Department of the Air Force housing portfolio.
“This survey is one of the most powerful tools our residents have,” said a KMC Housing Office representative. “Leadership at the highest levels read these results. Your feedback directly influences where resources are allocated and what changes are prioritized. It’s about our commitment to providing the quality of life our service members and their families deserve.”
Your participation is vital. The information gathered helps sustain and advance the housing program for the generations of service members who will follow in your footsteps.
How to Make Your Voice Heard
To ensure the process is simple and secure, the survey is being conducted by an independent third-party, CEL & Associates, Inc. Here’s what you need to know:
Who: All tenants living in government-owned family housing and personnel in unaccompanied housing are eligible and encouraged to participate.
When: The survey window opens on March 2, and closes on May 1.
How: On or shortly after March 2nd, an email containing a unique survey link will be sent to the primary email address on file with the Housing Office. Only one member per household will receive the survey link.
Speak Freely: Voice is Confidential
Worried about your comments being traced back to you? Don’t be. The survey is completely confidential. No personally identifiable information, such as your name or address, is ever provided to the Department of the Air Force or any project owners. This guarantee of anonymity ensures you can provide the honest, unfiltered opinions needed to drive meaningful change.
If you don’t receive the survey link by March 3rd? Please reach out directly to the survey company at AirForceHousingSurvey@celassociates.com for assistance.
For any other questions regarding the survey, the KMC Housing Office is ready to help.
