Saturday Night Comedy Show

Elena Gabrielle headlines the Saturday Night Comedy Show March 21 starting at 7 p.m. at the Tavern on the Rock inside the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. Feature Comedian is Elena Popa. Host is local comedian Erin Crouch. This is an 18+ event. Costco Shopping Spree

Outdoor Recreation is offering a Costco Shopping Spree trip to the new Costco Warehouse Mall in Mulhouse, France on Saturday, March 21. The excursion includes round‑trip bus transportation with a trailer, breakfast, a guided tour of the warehouse, a catered lunch and a €10 shopping voucher for new members. U.S. Costco memberships are accepted at the location. The cost is $79 per person. Baumholder Spring Fest

U.S. Army Garrison RheinlandPfalz Family and MWR will host a familyfriendly Spring Fest on Saturday, April 4, at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8895 on Wetzel Kaserne in Baumholder. The event runs from 9 a.m. to noon. Activities include a color run, agegrouped egg hunts, lawn games, face painting, photos with the Easter Bunny and a pancake breakfast. MOMC Family Fun Event

U.S. Army Rheinland-Pfalz Family and MWR is hosting a Month of the Military Child Family Fun Event on Saturday, April 25 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pulaski Park on Pulaski Barracks.  This event is in partnership with Ramstein Child & Youth Programs, with collaboration with the USO. It is open to children and their parents. Activities will consist of various games & activities for children, five and older, food (for purchase), performances by SKIES dance classes, and demonstrations by Youth Sports. Books & Beans Monthly Book Club

Landstuhl Library and the ROB Java Café will launch a new monthly adult book club beginning May 12, meeting on the second Tuesday of each month from 1 to 2 p.m. The program is open to participants ages 18 and older, with refreshments available for purchase at the Java Café and a childfriendly play area on site. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. No registration is required, and patrons can find details about selected titles and access options at kaiserslautern.armymwr.com.  The Java Café is in Building 273 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks.

Leprechaun Lauf 5k Fun Run

Kaiserslautern Family and MWR will host the Leprechaun Lauf 5K Fun Run on Saturday, March 21, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Family and MWR Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Participants are encouraged to wear green or dress as a leprechaun. The event welcomes runners and walkers, as well as families, strollers and dogs. The run begins at the Special Events Building, with registration opening at 9:30 a.m. and the start at 10 a.m. Medals will be awarded to the top male, female, child and stroller finishers. The cost is $8 per person, while children under 12 may participate at no charge. Baumholder 101:
Spouse Orientation

Meet new and seasoned spouses at the Baumholder 101: Spouse Orientation held either twice or once a month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Post Office building 8661 on Smith Barracks. The dates in the first quarter in 2026 are March 23. The goal of this orientation is to connect families with resources, community information, local agencies and services, and other Spouses. There will be representatives from Army Community Service, Outdoor Recreation, Value Added Tax, and many others. The orientation is not limited to incoming Spouses and is open to all Spouses. Free Line-Dancing Lessons

Free linedancing lessons will be offered on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month at the Kazabra Club. Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. The sessions run from 8 to 9 p.m. in Bldg. 2057 and are open to all skill levels. Participants can practice their new moves during Country Night immediately afterward, featuring music by DJ Caddy. Kleber Tri-Fit Cardio Madness

Registration for the Tri-Fit Cardio Madness is now to March 27 at the Kleber Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 3234/3235 on Kleber Kaserne. This is a free event. The event takes place April 1 to June 2 at the fitness center.  Open to all military ID card holders, civilians ID card holders, and local national ID card holders, 18 years and above.  Challenges are Tour de Kleber (stationary bikes), Kleber Marathon (treadmill or elliptical machines), and Mount Kleber (star climber machine). May Car Show

The Car Show at Pulaski Park is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration runs April 1 through May 9, and participants must pay the $10 entry fee in person at any Automotive Skills Center on Pulaski Barracks, Landstuhl Post or Smith Barracks in Baumholder. The event features five judging categories: Best Jalopy, Best Muscle Car, Best OffRoad Vehicle, Best JDM and Best Old Timer, which requires vehicles to be at least 25 years old. Judging and prizes are open to all militaryaffiliated ID card holders, including active duty, reserve, retired, veterans, family members and DOD, DA and DAF civilians, regardless of SOFA status. BOSS 1000/500 Pound Club

The Kaiserslautern Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers’ program has launched the new, allinclusive 1000/500 Pound Club challenge, offering public recognition in participating physical fitness centers on Kleber Kaserne, Sembach Kaserne and Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Participants who qualify will also receive personalized training support. The recurring event runs through Sep. 15, with monthly sessions held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Kleber on the first Tuesday, Sembach on the second Tuesday and ROB on the third Tuesday. BOSS eligible Soldiers can scan the QR code at kaiserslautern.armymwr.com to join the club.

School Age Summer Camps

Registration is now open for the Army Family and MWR Child and Youth Services School Age Programs’ Operation – Best Me Mission Ready.” The program offers nine weeks of care services from June 15 to Aug 14. These camps are for School Age Centers on Wetzel Kaserne, Landstuhl Post or Sembach Kaserne. Kaiserslautern Part-Day Preschool

Kaiserslautern Child and Youth Services is enrolling children ages 3 to 5 in a new partday preschool program running from 9 a.m. to noon at Landstuhl CDC 1, Kleber CDC and Sembach CDC. Families may join the waitlist through militarychildcare.com. Program options include two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday), three days (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) or five days (Monday through Friday). Fees are based on household fee categories. Dog Obedience Training

Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. This fee must be paid in advance by close of business Friday either in person at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation or by calling 493-4117 or 0631-3406-4117. SKIES Gymnastics

Enrollment is now open for SKIES Unlimited gymnastics for ages 1 to 18 in the Kaiserslautern Community. SOS Survivor Support Group

The Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services hosts a SOS Survivor Support Group second Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 3820 (next to the Thrift Shop), second floor conference room on Landstuhl Post. Registration is required and must be done by 2 p.m. the day of the meeting by calling the ACS front desk at 531-2863/2851 or 0611-143-531-2863/2851. This is an ongoing monthly support group for surviving family members of deceased active duty service members.

Latin Nights at the Rheinlander!

The last Friday of the month is Latin Night from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., in the ballroom of the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. The Salsa Band Borinkuba will perform live several Latin music favorites, such as Salsa, Merengue and Bachata.  Food is available from 8 to 11 p.m. This event is for those 18 and older, who are I.D. card holders.
