Saturday Night Comedy Show

Noah Miller headlines the Saturday Night Comedy Show May 16 starting at 7 p.m. at the Tavern on the Rock inside the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. Feature comedian is Brian Tynan. Host is local comedian Erin Crouch. This is an 18+ event. Doors open at 6 p.m., tickets are $10 at the door.  Payment can be made with credit and debit cards or U.S dollars. The Mulligan Madness Tournament

Registration for The Mulligan Madness Tournament is now to May 16. The Mulligan Madness, an 18-hole tournament, is Saturday, May 16, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. Cost is $40, includes green and cart fees. Prizes for this tournament will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams and will include Rolling Hills Golf Course Gift packages ($100, $75, and $50 Gift cards).  Tie breaker will play best of last 3 holes.  Find out more at baumholder.armymwr.com.

Strong B.A.N.D.S. Campaign

The U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Family and MWR Strong B.A.N.D.S. Campaign will showcase events for the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern Military Communities throughout May to June 7. STRONG B.A.N.D.S. – STRONG Balance, Activity, Nutrition, Determination and Strength – promotes healthy, active lifestyles for Army communities. It helps motivate Army Soldiers, Families, Retirees and Civilians to get and stay fit. Air Conditioning Service Special

Family and MWR Automotive Skills Centers on Smith Barracks in Baumholder, Landstuhl Post and Pulaski Barracks in Kaiserslautern, is offering a $10 off hookup fees for all air conditioning services and AC system checks. This special is appointment only. Patrons can call or stop by any of the Family and MWR Automotive Skills Centers to schedule an appointment. 10-Minute Play Auditions

Attention all actors! Join us for auditions for our annual 10-Minute Plays, featuring a variety of comedies and dramas directed by new talent in the KMC area. Whether you’re a first-time performer or an experienced actor looking to showcase your skills in new works, this is a great opportunity for you. “Legally Blonde” The Musical

KMC Onstage presents the “Legally Blonde” The Musical on May 15 to 17 at the KMC Onstage, Bldg. 3232 on Kleber Kaserne. Showtimes are 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 2 p.m. Sunday. Elle Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Warner dumps her so he can attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle ingeniously charms her way into the prestigious law school. While there, she struggles with peers, professors, and her ex. Midnight Bowl-a-thon

Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks, will host Monthly Midnight Bowling on select Fridays from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. The event is open to adults 18 and older and costs $15 per person, which includes lane use and shoe rental. 2026 USAG RP Unit Level Softball Leagues

Registration for the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Unit Level Softball Season is now to May 15. Softball Season for Baumholder and Kaiserslautern is from May 25 to July 23 with games played at the Soldier Field on Smith Barracks in Baumholder and at the KAD Fields, near Daenner Kaserne, in Kaiserslautern. Army Active Duty, family members, and DOD civilians with ID cards, who are ages 18 and older, are eligible to participate. Sports Officials needed. If interested, contact your local sports office. Country Night

Landstuhl Youth Center Summer Trips

Get ready for the best summer ever! The Landstuhl Youth Center is offering a summer trip series that’s all about fun, friends, and adventure. From the week of June 15 through the week of Aug. 10, they’ll lead exciting excursions twice a week. Registration opens Monday, May 18, and runs thru the summer. Participants can look forward to new places, new experiences, and even two multi-day trips, making it a summer they’ll never forget! SKIES Soccer Summer Camps

Register your child now for SKIES Unlimited soccer training for youth ages 2 to 16. Outdoor Trainings are held June 15-17, July 13-15 and Aug. 12-14 at the Pulaski Field on Pulaski Barracks.  Times and fees vary by age and are listed on webtrac.mwr.army.mil. School Age Summer Camps

Registration is now open for the Army Family and MWR Child and Youth Services School Age Programs’ Operation – Best Me Mission Ready.” The program offers nine weeks of care services from June 15 to Aug 14. These camps are for School Age Centers on Wetzel Kaserne, Landstuhl Post or Sembach Kaserne. ODR Cycling & Hiking Challenge

The U.S. Army is hosting a servicewide fitness event from now to Sep. 30, encouraging Soldiers, families and eligible MWR patrons to stay active through cycling or hiking challenges. Participants may register as individuals or with family members to set goals and earn rewards. The $50 registration fee includes entry into either the Cycling Challenge or the Hiking Challenge, along with a challenge jersey or Tshirt. Local community members can request details through Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation in Bldg. 2905 on Pulaski Barracks or Baumholder Outdoor Recreation in Bldg. 8167 on Smith Barracks. Dog Obedience Training

Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. This fee must be paid in advance by close of business Friday either in person at Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation or by calling 493-4117 or 0631-3406-4117. SKIES Gymnastics

Enrollment is now open for SKIES Unlimited gymnastics for ages 1 to 18 in the Kaiserslautern Community. SOS Survivor Support Group

The Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services hosts a SOS Survivor Support Group second Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 3820 (next to the Thrift Shop), second floor conference room on Landstuhl Post. Registration is required and must be done by 2 p.m. the day of the meeting by calling the ACS front desk at 531-2863/2851 or 0611-143-531-2863/2851. This is an ongoing monthly support group for surviving family members of deceased active duty service members.

Latin Nights at the Rheinlander!

The last Friday of the month is Latin Night from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., in the ballroom of the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. The Salsa Band Borinkuba will perform live several Latin music favorites, such as Salsa, Merengue and Bachata.  Food is available from 8 to 11 p.m. This event is for those 18 and older, who are I.D. card holders.
