Jennifer Marrast Host, commander of the 3rd Theater Medical Command (Deployment Support), and Command Sgt. Maj. Todd Kaim during a visit to the Medical Readiness Command, Europe headquarters, June 8. The visit supported the continued alignment of the 3rd Theater Medical Command with U.S. Army Europe and Africa operational priorities and enabled strategic engagement with organizations critical to theater medical mission command, sustainment integration, and future force development. The 3rd Theater Medical Command comprises approximately 7,300 Soldiers across five medical brigades from Maine to Louisiana. The unit prepares and provides trained and ready Soldiers and units to the U.S. Army Reserve Command for mobilization and serves as the single medical enabler supporting U.S. Army Central. .
