Jason Higgins, 38th Construction and Training Squadron, helps unload 40 home-made meals to the Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility that the 38th CTS prepared for injured troops and shift workers. CTS workers prepared the meals with the hope of enriching the holidays of injured troops.
