Signing to honor Flight 93

One of these commemorative flags will be displayed in front of the Ramstein Base Exchange  main entrance and will be available for signing Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

U.S. military personnel are invited to sign the flag at their leisure.  Following a formal retreat, the flags will be shipped back to Pennsylvania to fly over the site of the memorial on the fifth anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001.
