“The military installation Baum­holder has changed quite a bit,” said Alfred Heu, Mayor of Ruschberg, after a recent tour of the U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz Baumholder Military Community, along with 20 other mayors, elected representatives, local officials and community leaders.
