Seeing the bigger picture

Capt. Genesis Guerrero, a chaplain for the 39th Air Base Wing, was 17 years old when his family almost fell apart.

It started with an ugly discovery, then escalated into fits of rage as he witnessed his parents arguing hysterically: his father, Gene, had been caught being unfaithful.

Former 86th WWII pilot laid to rest after 75 years

After nine years of research, Dr. Stephen Johnson picks up a small, worn artifact among his possessions and polishes the rough surface with his thumb. The piece originated from a downed World War II A-36A Apache aircraft nicknamed “Stelloola,” after its pilot’s little sister.
