If you have a radiator at your home or office space, ensure no large furniture is blocking the radiator. Also, curtains should not hang in front of the radiator. This will block the heat from traveling freely, decreases radiator efficiency and increases energy waste.

Important Fact: Heat travels from hot to cold areas: Keep the doors of heated or unheated rooms closed to ensure heat remains inside occupied spaces. Close the rolladen shutters in the evening. This reduces the amount of heat emitted to the outside.
