This initial report, which found the unit fully capable or capable in all areas, will be the basis of the official certification, which will occur later at NATO headquarters.

The 212th Combat Support Hospital successfully completed a week-long NATO evaluation April 22 that is expected to lead to the unit being the first-ever NATO-certified combat hospital.

Col. Heather Blackwell, 690th Cyberspace Operations Group commander, passes the guidon to Lt. Col. Michael Medgyessy during the 691st Cyberspace Operations Squadron activation ceremony April 21 on Ramstein. Due to the cyberspace environment constantly evolving, the 691st COS team have the intent to strengthen the new unit by maturing its capabilities and growing the Cyber Security and Control System weapon system and the operational capabilities of the unit.
