News for the Ramstein, Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl & Baumholder military communities in Germany 
The KMC is known as a safe community overall. However, there are instances of crime affecting the homes and property of service members and their families. Because of this, it is necessary to know and practice safe habits in order to keep homes, valuables and family safe.
Maj. Gen. John R. O’Connor, commanding general of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, and Air Force Maj. Gen. Laurian Anastasof, chief of the Romanian air force staff, marked a major combined joint achievement and launched a new level of mission capability during a ceremony Feb. 28 in the new passenger transit facility here.

There are currently four operational air and missile defense commands in the U.S. Army. Three of them (the 10th, 32nd and 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Commands) are within the active-duty force. One, the 263rd Army Air and Missile Defense Command, is in the Army National Guard.
