Capt. Jake Miller, a 37th Airlift Squadron pilot assigned to Ramstein, flies out of Central African Republic, Africa, after completing a mission Dec. 20. Airmen from the 37th Airlift Squadron delivered much-needed supplies and personnel to Central African Republic as part of an international
