News for the Ramstein, Kaiserslautern, Landstuhl & Baumholder military communities in Germany 
The holidays are a time for family and feasting for many in the KMC.
However, it can also be a time to win the war against those extra
holiday pounds, which KMC members did this year with help from the
Ramstein Southside Fitness Center and its Fitmas program.
Colleagues from the Nigerian air force Quick Response Force visited
members of the 435th Contingency Response Group Dec. 4 through 6 at
Ramstein.
