countless change of command ceremonies. With each ceremony, I am struck
with the symbolism and transitions that take place with the passing of
the colors, the formation of the troops, and the first and final
salutes.

Nearly 200 Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine service members took part in
a full-day leadership seminar hosted by the KMC Top III Total Force
Development Council Aug. 3 at the Kisling NCO Academy auditorium on
Kapaun Air Station.
From junior enlisted to senior officers, all members who attended the
seminar learned about the importance of being bold leaders.
