An E-4 was charged under Article 111 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice for driving under the influence of alcohol. Punishment received was reduction to the grade of E-3, forfeiture of $150 pay and a reprimand.

I use the golf course road to get to work through the East Gate. In the mornings, it is routine for the road to be backed up with cars to the Mackenbach circle. Many times, I have been passed by cars over taking the whole line of cars (approximately 1.5 miles worth).

The 435th Communications Group paid more than $1.2 million last fiscal year in commercial toll charges supporting Air Force installations in the KMC region.
Telephone users can help combat the high cost of toll charges, and lower base phone bills, by reducing the frequency and duration of personal calls.
