Kaiserslautern journeyed to Vilseck and won two baseball games last weekend to bring their season record to 4-2. The Raiders had a midweek game against Frankfurt International School before resuming division play with a road game series Saturday at Wiesbaden.

Less than a year after Kaiserslautern High School won the boys DODEA soccer championship, head coach Enrique John has stepped down from his top post. John said he chose to “do what was best for the program at this given time” and elected three weeks ago to hand the controls to top assistants Dominic Stumpf and Lisa Rimmler.
Ramstein returns the top pitcher in all of DODEA and can hit for power while Kaiserslautern thinks it can also have a say in this season’s high school softball scenario. The rivals will play during the last week of the regular season and maybe again at the annual Europeans tournament.
