
Thursday Night Comedy Show
Described by the International Comedy Club as “one of the best comedy writers in Ireland, Ger Staunton headlines the Thursday Comedy Show Sep. 18 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Feature Comedians are Sharon Em, who is an Amsterdam-based Irish Comedian, and Martin Angolo, who is an award-winning Irish comedian. NFL Europe 2025 Tickets Available for Eligible Patrons
Tickets for the 2025 NFL Europe games are now available through Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), offering fans a chance to experience live NFL action across major European cities, including Dublin and Madrid. Games will be held from Sept. 28 through Nov. 16, with limited tickets offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket sales will be exclusive to service members from Aug. 25 to Aug. 29. Starting Sept. 2, all eligible MWR patrons may purchase tickets. The reservation deadline is 14 days prior to each game, except for Dublin, which requires reservations five days in advance. NFL Sundays at Baumholder Warrior Zone

Soccer Start Smart Registration
Start Smart Soccer enrollments for Landstuhl is now to Aug. 29 or when slots are full. The cost is $30. Start Smart is a parent/child interactive program for 3–4-year-olds, led by a Sports/Fitness Specialist. Start Smart teaches children the skills they need to play organized sports in a FUN, non-competitive environment over the course of six 45-minute sessions. Rolling Hills Commander’s Cup
Registration for the Rolling Hills Commander’s Cup is now until Aug. 29. This 18-hole Commander’s Cup tournament is on Aug. 29 at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne in Baumholder. Compete for the coveted USAG-Rheinland Pfalz Com-man-der’s Cup Trophy. This is a team event – 4-Person, Scramble Format. Prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Longest Putt. The winning team will have their Team name engraved on the Trophy that will be on display in the Rolling Hills Pro Shop. Shotgun start is 10 a.m. Cost is $45, and includes cart and green fees, and meal ticket. Meet your commander and play for a chance to win a trophy and engraved plaque in a pro shop. Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club
New open sessions of free beginner dance lessons are held every Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. Baumholder Outdoor Recreation is offering “It’s almost Friday! Come ride with Outdoor Recreation” bike rides from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays happening now to Aug. 31. Summer Kids Bowl Free

Dog Obedience Training
Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. The Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services hosts a SOS Survivor Support Group second Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 3820 (next to the Thrift Shop), second floor conference room on Landstuhl Post. This is an ongoing monthly support group for surviving family members of deceased active duty service members.
Latin Nights at the Rheinlander!
The last Friday of the month is Latin Night from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., in the ballroom of the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. The Salsa Band Borinkuba will perform live several Latin music favorites, such as Salsa, Merengue and Bachata.
