Living Well Expo

Keystone Summit will be held at the Youth Center on Ramstein Air Base Dec. 13 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. This is a free event open to all Keystone members. Registration for winter youth sports for the Baumholder community is now to Dec. 14. Sports offered are basketball, ages 5 to 15, and cheerleading, ages 5 to 15. Cost is $65. A current Health Assessment/ Sports Physical must be on file and valid until March 15, 2026, to participate. Sports clinics offered are bowling (ages 8 to 15), volleyball (ages 8 to 15), Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, (ages 3 to 12), indoor soccer, (ages 5 to 15) and pre-season strength and conditioning (ages 5 to 18). Express Ski Trips
Outdoor Recreation will host ski express trips from December 2025 through March 2026, offering round-trip transportation and equipment with each package. Volunteer Coaches Needed for Winter Season
Baumholder Youth Sports and Fitness is recruiting volunteer coaches for the upcoming winter season. Coaches are needed for basketball (ages 5–15), cheer (ages 5–15), bowling (ages 8–15), volleyball (ages 9–15), Brazilian jiu jitsu (ages 3–15) and indoor soccer (ages 5–15). Dog Obedience Training
Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. The Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services hosts a SOS Survivor Support Group second Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 3820 (next to the Thrift Shop), second floor conference room on Landstuhl Post.
