250th Army Celebration: Boxing-Rumble on The Rock
Registration for active-duty military members to box in the 250th Army Celebration: Boxing-Rumble on The Rock is now to June 11. The event starts at 5 p.m. on June 14 at the Hall of Champions Physical Fitness Center, Bldg. 8105 on Smith Barracks. Doors open at 4 p.m. Cost to attend is $10. Children under 12 are free to attend. For limited availability, there will be VIP seating available for $125 for a table of five people. Thursday Night Comedy Show
Featured BBC Comedian, Shane Callaghan headlines the Thursday Comedy Show June 12 from 8 to 10 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. Featured comedians are Fay Walsh, who appeared on Comedy Central, and German Comedian Philipp Leinenbach. This is an 18+ event. Doors open at 7 p.m., tickets are $15 at the door. U.S. Army 250th Birthday 5k Run
Army Family and MWR will proudly host a free 5k run in honor of the U.S. Army’s 250th birthday on Saturday, June 14 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Family and MWR Special Events Center, Bldg. 237 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. The distance of 5K can be walked or run. Dogs, strollers and families are welcome. First place finishers in the male, female and child categories will receive a prize. Registration starts at 9 a.m. and the run starts 10 a.m. at the Special Events Center.
U.S. Army 250th Birthday Golf Scramble
Registration for the U.S. Army 250th Birthday Golf Scramble is now to June 14. The birthday scramble will be Saturday, June 14, from 2 to 4:30 p.m. at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. This is a nine-hole golf scramble. Cost is $25 for those who register for the scramble BEFORE June 6 and $30 for those who register from June 7 to14 registrations. The birthday celebration will begin after the scramble and will feature a barbecue, refreshments and a complimentary piece of birthday cake, after singing the Army song!
A Midsummer Night’s Bowl
Celebrate the first night of summer with midnight bowling June 21 from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the Strikers Bowling Center, Bldg. 8185 on Smith Barracks. Ages 18 and older only. Cost is $18 per person, which includes unlimited bowling, shoes, finger foods and nonalcoholic beverages. The bar will be open during the event, and pajamas are encouraged.
“Adventures Begin Here” at Outdoor Recreation
Outdoor Recreation is thrilled to invite you to an exhilarating event on Saturday, July 19, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Pulaski Park on Pulaski Barracks. Unit Level Soccer Season
The USAG Rheinland-Pfalz Intramural Sports Program announces the 2025 Unit Level Soccer Season from June 24 to Aug. 14 for the Baumholder and Kaiserslautern Military Communities. Registration for both communities is now until May 31. Early Bird Enrollments for Youth Sports
Family and MWR Youth Sports are offering Early Bird Fall Sports Enrollments Saturday, May 31, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Parent Central Services, Room 123 in Bldg. 162 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Fall Sports will be Soccer; Volleyball; Cross Country; Cheer; Flag Football and Tackle Football. Children must have a current Child & Youth Services (CYS) Registration and Sports Physical on file. SKIES Irish Dance Classes

Free Dance Lessons at Armstrong’s Club
The new open sessions of free beginner dance lessons is every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Armstrong’s Club, Bldg. 1036 on Vogelweh Housing. The focus is Country Two Step, Swing and Line Dance. Ten other styles are also available upon request. No experience necessary. New sessions are: May 21 to June 18; and July 9 to Aug. 6. Wear smooth bottom shoes. Pulaski Auto Skills Summer Hours
Summer hours will start June 1 and end Sep. 30 at the Pulaski Auto Skills Center, Bldg. 2859 on Pulaski Barracks. The hours for the Craft Shop will be extended to 7 p.m. Oil changes will be from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Register with Landstuhl Youth Center
The Landstuhl Youth Center is a facility for youth in grades 6th-12th that offers a wide range of programs and activities Monday through Friday, after school. This free program is available to youth who have a military affiliation in Germany. Homeschooled youth, and youth who attend either a German or DODEA school are welcome to join.
