
AFE Pro Blitz Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders
Armed Forces Entertainment and Family and MWR will host AFE Pro Blitz featuring the Indianapolis Colts Cheerleaders on Nov. 16 from 12:45 to 7 p.m. The free event will take place at multiple community locations. The day begins with a mini show at 12:45 p.m. at the Ramstein PX food court, followed by a meet and greet. At 4 p.m., a Cheer Workshop will be held at the Landstuhl Youth Center, Bldg. 93812 on Landstuhl Post, also followed by a meet and greet. The final meet and greet is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Kazabra Club, Bldg. 2057 on Vogelweh. There is no cost to attend.

Armstrong’s Club Hosts Thanksgiving Celebration
Come celebrate Thanksgiving Day with family and friends at the Armstrong’s Club Thursday, Nov. 27. Youth Dodgeball Clinic
Enrollments for the Dodgeball Clinic, for ages 7 to 15, is now to Nov. 28. The clinic will be held from Dec. 1 to 5 on Landstuhl Post. Cost is $35. The new CYS Dodgeball program is all about high energy fun! Children play different versions and variations of dodgeball and even learn different strategies. Turkey Shoot
Registration for the Turkey Shoot is now to Nov. 16 at the Rolling Hills Golf Course, Bldg. 8888 on Wetzel Kaserne. The November Turkey Shoot happens Sunday, Nov. 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and is a fun season closeout tournament with the winner receiving a free turkey and second place will get a free ham. This tournament will be standard stroke play format over 18 holes. Cost is $30 for members, $35 for early signup and $40 for day of signup. Dog Obedience Training
Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation has dog obedience training starting at eight-weeks of age held Saturdays at the Kaiserslautern Outdoor Recreation Motor Pool, Bldg. 2902 on Pulaski Barracks. Classes are one hour, with time slots between 9 a.m. to noon depending on the size of the dog. Cost is $15 per dog. The Army Community Service Survivor Outreach Services hosts a SOS Survivor Support Group second Thursday of every month from 5 to 7 p.m. in Building 3820 (next to the Thrift Shop), second floor conference room on Landstuhl Post. This is an ongoing monthly support group for surviving family members of deceased active duty service members.
Latin Nights at the Rheinlander!
The last Friday of the month is Latin Night from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., in the ballroom of the Rheinlander Community Club, Bldg. 8085 on Smith Barracks. The Salsa Band Borinkuba will perform live several Latin music favorites, such as Salsa, Merengue and Bachata. Food is available from 8 to 11 p.m. This event is for those 18 and older, who are I.D. card holders. No cover charge.
