Master Sgt. Timothy Bliefnick, 86th Comptroller Squadron and Wing Staff Agencies first sergeant, helps his daughter, Annabella, place an angel decoration on top of a tree in the Kaiserslautern Military Community Center Nov. 17 on Ramstein.
