Deployments can be stressful for military members. Being away from family, not knowing when they’ll be home, and fighting in combat zones are just a few stressors.

As one of only two logistics readiness groups in the Air Force, the 86th Logistics Readiness Group houses the largest transportation, supply, logistics plans and war reserve materiel accounts in U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa.

Since the birth of the United States, many Asians have contributed to the success of the nation. From laying train tracks to expand westward, to art, literature, mathematics and science, Asian culture has played a crucial role in American growth.

Soldiers from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command learned about the 86th Logistics Readiness Group’s mission during a visit to Ramstein March 7.
