Daryl (Gwen) Devera-Waden, 903rd Contingency Contracting Battalion incoming commander, during a change of command ceremony June 20 in Kaiserslautern. Devera-Waden took command from Lt. Col. Lynda Royse, who relinquished command of the the 903rd CCBn. after three years of continuous leadership. Royse’s next assignment will be at the Pentagon where she will be working as part of the joint staff.
