GRAFENWOEHR, Germany — An enthusiastic gathering of leaders, fellow Soldiers and event cadre honored the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s 2015 “Best Warriors” during a ceremony May 14 at the Grafenwoehr Physical Fitness Center.
