JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-RANDOLPH, Texas — Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James, Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Mark A. Welsh III and Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James A. Cody delivered the initial handout of the pamphlet, “America’s Air Force: A Profession of Arms,” to the Air Force’s newest Airmen during Airmen’s Week Aug. 27.
