Think of Comprehensive Soldier Fitness as a three-legged stool. For a soldier to be at his or her best, all three legs of the stool need to be solid. One weak link and the overall well-being of the Soldier could collapse.

Joanne Cox (right) lead Soldiers from the brigade on a Spiritual Fitness/Independence Day run. The Unit Ministry Team from U.S. Army NATO Brigade organized the run for the units stationed on Sembach. In  addition to the NATO Brigade, Soldiers from the European Regional Medical Command, 30th Medical Command, 95th Military Police Battalion and the 230th Military Police Company participated in the event.
