Tops in Blue presents “Fly-By,” a musical tribute to 60 years of proud Air Force history 6 p.m. Tuesday at Hangar 3. The event is free for all military ID card holders. A concession stand will be available. Parking in front of the hangar is not permitted. Strollers, coolers and lawn chairs are not allowed in the hangar.
