1:13 a.m.: A driving under the influence of a controlled substance was reported in Ramstein after Polizei pulled over a motorist during a routine traffic stop and found paraphernalia in vehicle.

9:18 a.m.: A major traffic accident was reported in Kaiserslautern. Investigation revealed the accident was caused due to one vehicle trying to pass while other was trying to turn.
