Job Shadow Day

The 86th Airlift Wing, U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa, as well as numerous military and civilian organizations will observe Job Shadow Day from 8 a.m. to noon today. Students, sixth grade to 12th grade, will get the chance to explore and directly connect the skills and education needed in different fields and industries. Parents should contact the Job Shadow Day organizational points of contacts and reserve a slot for their child. RHS Talent Show

Ramstein High School welcomes the community to its second annual talent show at 6:30 p.m., May 15 at Ramstein High School. There will be two dozen three-minute acts showcasing RHS students’ talents. Performances include singing, dancing, comedy and even a unicycle and a banjo. Tickets can be purchased at the door for $5.

Youth Fall Sports Registration

Registration for youth fall sports is open June 1 through July 17. Sports offered are: tackle football, ages 10 to 14; cheerleading, ages 5 to 18; soccer, ages 5 to 15; flag football, ages 5 to 14. Youth must be registered with Child and Youth Services to participate.
