for promotion to senior master sergeant for a selection rate of 10.29
percent.
Beneficiaries who have recently experienced a life changing event, such
as the birth or adoption of a child or recent divorce or marriage,
should immediately record these changes in the Defense Enrollment
Eligibility Reporting System, or DEERS. If they wait, their Tricare
benefit coverage could be affected.
