Airmen help unveil Winters’ leadership monument
Airmen from the 435th Contingency Response Group tugged at the silk
camouflage parachute, unveiling a 12-foot bronze statue of Maj. Richard
Winters, who led paratroopers from Company E, 2nd Battalion, 506th
Parachute Infantry Regiment during the D-Day landings.

18th Eng. Bde. returns from deployment
