Leadership: the expectation
What do people expect from good leadership? I believe taking command of a
situation, providing guidance, mentorship, respect, communication and
being honest to our people is how we demonstrate leadership.

With the busiest season for permanent change of station moves winding
down, departures from the KMC have gone down but arrivals have
dramatically increased.

Smoke alarms required in Rheinland-Pfalz
Fire is a deadly threat to any household. It can strike anywhere, at any
time. In a study conducted by the National Fire Protection Association,
they determined that almost two-thirds of residential home fire deaths
between 2005 and 2009 resulted from fires in homes with no smoke alarms
or no working smoke alarms.
