holiday pounds, which KMC members did this year with help from the
Ramstein Southside Fitness Center and its Fitmas program.

Kaiserslautern Kingfish Swim Team.  At the end of last season, seven
seniors graduated.  They also lost several multi-swimmer families to

items such as nutcrackers, Christmas pyramids, angels and other figures.
The origin of these holiday items dates back to the 17th century in the
Erzgebirge, a mountain area near the Czech border.
