U.S. Air Force Gen. Jeffrey L. Harrigian, U.S. Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa commander, has a patch adjusted on his right uniform sleeve, at Elefsis Air Base, Greece, May 15. The patch was designed by Capt.
