“This is an azimuth check on qualify of life in our communities,” said General Fontaine. “I’m interested in what our Soldiers, civilians and family members have to say. This is an opportunity for me to hear and address their concerns, and I especially want to hear from the families of our deployed or deploying Soldiers.”

Representatives from family and Soldier support programs will give short presentations about their services including Army Community Service, Better Opportunities for Single Soldiers, Outdoor Recreation, Military Family Life Consultants and the Education Center. Child and Youth Services will talk about opportunities that were implemented as a result of the Army Family Covenant.

General Fontaine took command of the 21st TSC Feb. 26, and this is the first town hall meeting that he has hosted. Similar meetings will follow in other communities where 21st TSC units are located. Everyone is encouraged to attend.
