721st Aerial Port Squadron Hogties Rodeo

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 721st Aerial Port Squadron stand on the winner’s podium to conclude the 2021 Multi-Capable Airman Rodeo at Ramstein Air Base, July 23. The Airmen competed in a vehicle obstacle course, MCA endurance course, knowledge test, engine running on- and off-load, and a center of balance course.

The rodeo consisted of five-member teams from seven squadrons assigned to the 521st Air Mobility Operations Wing.

 

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 721st Aerial Port Squadron participate in the 2021 Multi-Capable Airman Rodeo at Ramstein Air Base, July 23. The MCA Rodeo allowed for the assessment of the 721 APS Airmen’s tactics and techniques and culminated in a competition to determine which team completed tasks with the highest level of skill.

A GPU supplies power to an aircraft while parked on the runway for maintainers to conduct ground maintenance and project airpower ensuring rapid global mobility.

 

U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 721st Aerial Port Squadron secure a pallet of equipment in the 2021 Multi-Capable Airman Rodeo at Ramstein Air Base, July 23. The Airmen conducted operations including palletizing equipment, driving a 60K aircraft cargo loader through an obstacle course, and recalling 20 items from memory after completing a physical challenge.
