Advanced EOD electronics

Remembering crash victims
U.S. Army Garrison Baden-Württemberg Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Kraus honors the 46 Soldiers and civilians who were killed in an Army helicopter crash Sept. 11, 1982, in Mannheim. Every year since, a military delegation has joined city representatives and relatives of those who died for a memorial ceremony.
