Author visits Sembach

***image1***Author Michael Sampson recently spent two days visiting Sembach schools to discuss his books and his life as an author. He read several of his books to the students and also spent time after school with teachers discussing strategies for teaching literacy. Dr. Sampson has written and co-written about 30 children’s books and worked with other famous authors and illustrators such as Bill Martin, Lois Ehlert and Eric Carle. His latest children’s book with the late Bill Martin Jr., Chicka, Chicka, 1…2…3, was named as a Parenting magazine book of the year in 2004.
