Airmen set up their targets before shooting at the M9 qualification course Jan. 10 at the Combat Arms Training and Maintenance firing range on Vogelweh. To qualify with the M9, the Airmen were required to hit 35 shots of 45 rounds, while Airmen aiming for the expert accoutrement needed 41 total hits, six of which being lethal head shots and 25 lethal chest shots.

7th Mission Support Command Public Affairs
GARLSTEDT, Germany — More than a half dozen Army Reserve Soldiers and civilians from the 7th Mission Support Command are providing logistical and operational support to the 21st Theater Sustainment Command’s forward command post during reception, staging, onward movement and integration of the 4th Infantry Division’s 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team as part of U.S. Army Europe’s operation Atlantic Resolve Jan. 3 to 23.

A snow plow removes snow on the flightline Jan. 10 on Ramstein. Snow removal operations commenced throughout Ramstein as continuous snow persisted throughout the majority of the day. Other snow removal operations included de-icing aircraft and applying salt to roads and walkways.

Delgado, 21st Theater Sustainment Command, reviewed the progress of the reception, staging and onward movement of an armored brigade by visiting with Soldiers from the 16th Sustainment Brigade operating tactical assembly areas and visiting with the first Soldiers to arrive in Poland from the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division Jan. 10.
