Department of Defense Dependents Schools students are once again
supporting the Combined Federal Campaign-Overseas by showcasing their
video and film skills.
For the first time in five years, firefighters and emergency responders
from throughout U.S. Air Forces in Europe came together on Ramstein
Oct. 9, for the 2010 Firefighter Combat Challenge.
The combined Federal Campaign-Overseas Campaign kicked-off Oct. 4 and
continues until Dec. 3 in all five overseas combatant commands.
The Landstuhl Fisher Houses received a donation of $35,000 from the KMC
5/6 Club in early September. The funds were raised during the Viking
Challenge, a 24-hour run/walkathon on July 30.
When Sgt. John Eads recently stopped into the post library, he was not
surprised to see information on U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern
The unit formerly known as the 9th Military Police Detachment held a
ceremony Sept. 29 at Coleman Gym in Mannheim, Germany, to welcome a new
commander and to formally recognize its transition into U.S. Army
Regional Correctional Facility-Europe.
The 405th Army Field Support Brigade recognized the communications
security reset team from Tobyhanna Army Depot, Penn., at Rhine Ordnance
Barracks Sept. 22.
